| FAXCIM Corporation (hereinafter referred to as FAXCIM) recognizes the importance and social obligation of protecting personal information. The following personal information protection guidelines have been established and are maintained by FAXCIM for the safety of our customers. |

| When the person requests disclosure, correction, utilization stop, etc., FAXCIM will respond without delay, based on separately stipulated procedures. |
